Abstract

On applique sur la peau refroidie, au-dessus d'une région veineuse, une couche d'une substance cholestérique énantiotrope en phase cristalline liquide présentant une variation de couleur due au passage en mésophase, à une température appropriée, on laisse la peau se réchauffer sous l'action de la circulation veineuse, ce qui fait apparaître la variation de couleur due au passage en mésophase, délimitant nettement les contours de la veine .
