Abstract

The harness is fixed to the body for weight training and has a collar (d), made of plaited plastics material, from which weights are suspended. Bags made of supple material (2) are filled with sand and are held laterally by adjustable elastic straps (e,f). Two other pockets (6), one abdominal and one at the back, are joined to the bags. They are held around the waist by an elastic strap (h) which is adjusted by hooked pile fasteners. Weights (4) can be placed into either or both of these pockets.

Claims

1. Harness composed of a collar (d) of braided plastic strap to which are suspended, in front of and behind, two bags of flexible plastic loaded with sand (1) and (2) held laterally integral with the bust by an elastic system (e) adjustable (f), and characterized by the fact that, depending on the desired effort, it can be added by means of two ventral (5) and sacred (6) pockets closing by means of a rack and held around the waist by an elastic band (h) adjustable by a self-locking braid (i), two other loads (3) then (4) independent of each other.

2. Harness according to claim 1, characterized pr the weight (5kg) / malleability therefore comfort of the sand, respect for movements, muscular function and mobile protrusions of the clavicles and shoulder blades thanks to the sternal and dorsal position of the bags .

3. Harness according to claim-i characterized in that each bag is compartmentalized for a better distribution of the sand.
