Abstract

1. Mounting of a member with adjustable inclination on a support, especially of a back-rest on a base, this mounting comprising two symmetrical connecting members (10) between the support (1) and the member (3) with adjustable inclination, characterized in that each of these two connecting members (10) is pivotally connected, about a first axis (17), to the support and is pivotally connected, about a second axis (18), converging with the first and forming with the latter an acute angle alpha, to the member (3) with adjustable inclination and in that this member (3) with adjustable inclination and/or the support (1) are deformable so that, by pivoting of the two connecting members (10) through approximately 180 degrees about their axes (17) of pivotal connection to the support (1), the member (3) with adjustable inclination is able to pass from a first position to a second position, separated by an angle of 2 alpha.
