Abstract

The suspension for a radio controlled vehicle is mounted on a central chassis (1). On the chassis are fitted two suspension strips (2) of flexible material such as steel or epoxy. On each of these is mounted a half drive unit. To transmit movement between the two half drives equally there is a stabiliser rod (4) fixed in two stirrups (5) on the chassis. The ends of this rod are fixed to the strips by a ball joint (6) via an intermediate rubber type bushing.
