Abstract

The push latch (4) is spring loaded (9) and the back of it (5) contains a groove (6) which fits a guide dowel (7). The closing lug (32) of a closing cylinder (29) fits into a slot (31) of a toothed crown (30) which, when it rotates, moves a segment (19) about its axis (20) via reduction cogs (22,24,25). The segment is attached to a connecting rod (14) at dowel and groove (17,18). A bolt (10) is attached to the connecting rod by an inclined groove and dowel (11,12) so that, when the segment turns, the rod moves down and the bolt moves into the locked position.
