Abstract

The rotary file has a vertical column (2) forming a pivot for a horizontally rotating turntable. The pivot mounting (3) and turntable are integrally moulded from plastics and outer annular vertical walls provided. The walls are slotted (5) at regular intervals for part of their height. These form locations for the similarly slotted ends (8) of removable partitions (9) which can be positioned to provide adjustable filing capacity. Smaller slots (12,13) in the partitions fit into upper and lower rings (14,15), coaxial with the vertical walls, locking the partitions.
