Abstract

The device feeds hot or cold fluid to the tips of the fingers while leaving the hands free to work. The fluid passes from a source such as a low pressure generator or an aerosol into a distributor and is then fed, either through a single supple tube fitted to one finger or through four tubes fitted to each finger. They are held on the back of the third phalanx of each finger by an elastic clip. The extremities of the tubes are terminated by nozzles which are set slightly back from the tips of the fingers. The device is particularly for use in hairdressing or other cosmetic treatment, in which case it is used to blow hot air to the work zones and this may contain a powdered substance.
