Abstract

Soil cultivator roller (1) is mounted on an axle (3) the ends of which are pivot mounted in the vertical uprights of a U-shaped frame. The cleaning tool for the roller consists of a V-shaped scraper (10) which has a flange (11) at the ends with hole in for a fixture screw (12). The scraper (10) is fixed to the frame (2) by means of a tension spring (13) which is screwed in between the screw (12) and the upright (12). The spring is joined by a toggle lever consisting of two arms (14,15). One arm (15) is pivoted on its axle (16) to the upright (2), and the other arm (14) moves on an axle (17). The side of the arm (14) facing away from the axle (17) is fixed to the flange (11) of the scraper (10), and is positioned between the flange (11) and the screw (12). The arm (15) has an adjustable stop piece (18) acting in conjunction with the upright (2) to pivot the arm (15). A second stop piece (19) stops the lever (14) from moving in alignment with the arm (15).
