Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil. d'usinage de cames. Elle se rapporte à un appareil d'usinage de cames dans lequel un modèle multiple 5 ayant des modèles de cames 14 assure le pivotement d'une table Il qui porte aussi un arbre à cames 2 dont les cames 3 doivent être usinées par une meule 18. La vitesse de rotation du moteur 8 qui fait tourner le modèle 5 et l'arbre à cames 2 varie en fonction d'un programme mémorisé afin que la vitesse de retrait de matière des cames soit constante quel que soit le profil des cames. Application à l'usinage des arbres à cames.
