Abstract

L'invention concerne la réalisation de résistances de circuits intégrés ajustées avec précision à leur valeur nominale. Elle consiste à diviser la résistance en éléments résistants suivant les termes d'une progression géométrique de raison 0,5 que l'on introduit en série en fonction du résultat de la mesure d'un premier élément pris comme référence. L'invention est applicable à tout circuit intégré comportant des résistances.
