Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil thoracique destiné à positionner automatiquement des électrodes électrocardiographiques. Il comporte une bande 24 en matière isolante de l'électricité et extensible ou élastique, dans laquelle sont percés des trous correspondants aux positions anatomiques précordiales d'un petit thorax. Des électrodes sont placées dans ces trous et sont connectées à un électrocardiographe. La bande élastique peut alors être placée sur un thorax de dimension quelconque, en étant allongée de manière que les électrodes se positionnent automatiquement dans les positions voulues. Applications au diagnostic médical.
