Abstract

La présente invention a pour but un nouveau procédé pour le traitement de substances thermosensibles et notamment pour le séchage desdites substances. Le procédé selon l'invention, qui réside en un traitement flash, se caractérise par le fait que l'on fait subir au moins un second traitement thermique auxdites matières. L'invention s'applique en particulier au traitement des denrées alimentaires.
