Abstract

Nouveaux glycopeptides acétyles hydrosolubles extraits de corps microbiens lysés de microorganismes choisis dans le groupe Hafnia, Aérobacter Cloacae et Klebsielia Pneumoniae ayant un poids moléculaire apparent compris entre 500 et 200 000, renfermant au moins 5 % de substances à pouvoir biurétogène, au moins 25 % d'oses neutres, ne renfermant pas d'acide diaminopimélique et présentant un maximum d'absorption en UV à environ 210 m mu . Procédé de préparation et application à titre de médicaments de ces nouveaux glycopeptides acétylés.New water-soluble acetylated glycopeptides extracted from lysed microbial bodies of microorganisms selected from the group Hafnia, Aerobacter Cloacae and Klebsielia Pneumoniae having an apparent molecular weight between 500 and 200,000, containing at least 5% of substances with biuretogenic power, at least 25% of Neutral soses, not containing diaminopimelic acid and exhibiting a maximum UV absorption at approximately 210 m mu.
