Abstract
The brazing material is coated with a homogeneous and adherent layer of flux, and is then cut to the shape and size of the elements being assembled together. The brazing material may consist of:- (a) a thin strip; (b) strip used with elements contg. spaces in which the flux can be retained; or (c) one of the elements forming the base is cut from metal strip previously coated on one or both surfaces with a brazing alloy and then a flux. Process provides excellent thermal conductivity between the metals forming the base of the cooking utensils; or to provide excellent electric conductivity between composite metal conductors.
