Abstract
L'invention concerne une sonde combinée permettant simultanément de prélever un échantillon d'un bain de métal en fusion et d'effectuer une mesure relative à ce bain. Elle se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend : un moule à échantillon 2 et un dispositif de mesure 1, tous deux connus en soi, portes au moins partiellement par un support commun 3 inséré dans une extremité d'un premier tube porteur 4; un deuxième tube porteur 5 partiellement inséré dans l'autre extrémité du premier tube; entre les deux tubes, un moyen 6, 7 mettant l'intérieur du premier tube 4 en communication avec l'atmosphère, à l'extérieur du deuxième tube 5; et un moyen d'obturation 8 de l'extrémité du deuxième tube 5 engagée dans le premier tube. L'invention est applicable dans l'industrie des instruments de mesure destinés à la sidérurgie.The invention relates to a combined probe for simultaneously taking a sample from a bath of molten metal and performing a measurement relating to this bath. It is characterized in that it comprises: a sample mold 2 and a measuring device 1, both known per se, carried at least partially by a common support 3 inserted in one end of a first carrier tube 4; a second carrier tube 5 partially inserted into the other end of the first tube; between the two tubes, a means 6, 7 putting the inside of the first tube 4 in communication with the atmosphere, outside the second tube 5; and means 8 for closing the end of the second tube 5 engaged in the first tube. The invention is applicable in the industry of measuring instruments intended for the steel industry.
