Abstract

L'invention concerne un endoscope pour examiner des cavités corporelles et pour effectuer des coagulations. Dans cet endoscope, la fibre laser raccordée à son câble 12 parcourt, par l'intermédiaire d'un coude tubulaire 7 partant de l'extrémité proximale de la tige 1 de l'endoscope, un petit tube de guidage logé dans la tige et le câble laser 12 peut être relié par un écrou-chapeau 11 à un manchon 9, qui peut être déplacé axialement et arrêté sur l'extrémité proximale de la douille 8 du coude tubulaire 7. Application notamment au cystoscope.
