Abstract

Appareil assurant le tri de copeaux de manière à grouper les copeaux ayant une épaisseur maximale donnée. L'appareil comprend une série de rangées de disques 12, dans chacune desquelles les disques sont disposés verticalement dans des plans parallèles et sur un même axe central de rotation, une commande 22, 24, 18 fait tourner ces disques dans le même sens, une alimentation 30 amène les copeaux à la partie supérieure des rangées de disques et une évacuation associée à la dernière rangée de disques enlève de l'appareil les copeaux qui n'ont pas passé dans les intervalles entre disques voisins. Application aux copeaux destinés à la fabrication de pâte à papier.
