Abstract

On prépare une composition pharmaceutique contenant de 5 à 80 % en poids d'un stéroïde pharmaceutiquement actif, de 1 à 8 % en poids de glycolate de sodium et d'amidon, le reste étant des excipients classiques, par granulation par voie humide du stéroïde avec les excipients classiques, séchage du produit granulé jusqu'à ce qu'il contienne moins de 1 % d'eau, et mélange du produit granulé avec un mélange de glycolate de sodium et d'amidon et d'excipients classiques. Un mode de réalisation particulier préféré est un mélange pour capsules contenant le 4,4,17-triméthylandrosta-2,5-diénoØ2,3-dõisoxazol17 beta -ol.
