Abstract

The assembly including the monitor and its supporting device is used in closed circuit television installations, especially for video intercommunication systems. This assembly comprises a bracket (1), for supporting the monitor, the base cross member (2) of which bracket rests against the base of said monitor, and a longer arm (3) of which penetrates within the monitor and a shorter arm (5) of which, which is resilient, terminates by a shoe component (12) which engages under pressure in a channel exhibited by said monitor. The monitor is composed of a base (21) equipped with a short raised lateral wall (22), with a shell (23) extending said raised wall and forming the lateral walls of the casing of said monitor and with a cage (25) covering the internal walls of said shell and acting as intermediate component for the fixing of the shell to said base. Said bracket (1) can be fixed either to means which permit the installation of the monitor in a mounting box or to supporting means for the use of the monitor on a table.
