Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de rendre plus nette l'interface entre une couche de granulocytes et la couche d'hématies dans un échantillon centrifugé de sang. On ajoute à l'échantillon sanguin un additif permettant d'augmenter la densité des hématies sans affecter notablement la densité des granulocytes, en particulier l'oxalate de K.
