Abstract

Appareil de mesure de la teneur en chlore libre d'une solution arrivant en 1. Dans une première voie, on y ajoute un composé chimique 5 (nitrite par exemple) qui transforme sélectivement le chlore libre en chlorure, puis un iodure 8 et éventuellement un tampon à pH 4,0. L'iode de l'iodure est libéré par le chlore et les chloramines. La cellule ampérométrique 10 mesure alors la teneur en chlore combiné. Dans une deuxième voie, qui ne comporte pas l'addition de composé, la cellule ampérométrique 14 mesure la teneur en chlore total. Un circuit 11 calcule la différence.
