Abstract
Procédé et dispositif de chauffage. Le dispositif comprend une chambre de chauffage à travers laquelle on fait passer un produit à traiter, en regard d'une rangée de brûleurs à rayonnement et impact de jets, la ou les chambres de combustion étant séparées du produit à traiter par des plaques réfractaires plates possédant une pluralité de trous répartis uniformément sur elles qui dirigent des jets uniformes de produits de combustion sur le produit à traiter. Les jets de produits de combustion chauffent par convexion le produit en cours de traitement. Les plaques réfractaires formant les jets sont également chauffées jusqu'à rayonnement, de façon que l'énergie thermique soit transférée par rayonnement au produit en cours de traitement. Application notamment aux fours de traitement thermique de tôles métalliques, brames et analogues.
