Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à former un élément devant former le flanc et comportant une partie en élastomère noir 1 sur laquelle est superposée la partie en élastomère d'une autre couleur 2, à appliquer cet élément sur la surface extérieure du flanc du pneumatique non vulcanisé et à placer ensuite l'ensemble dans un moule ayant sur sa surface intérieure une ou plusieurs parties saillantes de forme générale correspondant au décor à obtenir, et ayant une section en queue d'aronde. Le procédé selon l'invention convient pour former des pneumatiques ayant des cercles blancs ou des inscriptions ou autres décors.
