Abstract

L'installation selon l'invention comprend un four de fusion et un préchauffeur de matières premières monté en amont du four de fusion et raccordé à un conduit pour l'amenée des gaz résiduaires du four. Le préchauffeur est du type à lit fluidisé et comprend un sas de décharge. Un dépoussiereur est raccordé au conduit de gaz résiduaires du préchauffeur et sa tubulure de décharge de poussière est reliée au sas du lit fluidisé. L'installation se distingue par une meilleure utilisation de l'énergie thermique des gaz résiduaires et la composition des matières premières quittant le préchauffeur reste inchangée quant à la répartition des grosseurs de ses grains.
