Abstract
The high-effiency air-to-air exchanger has a compact lightweight core recovering the heat, and is particularly for double-flow air conditioning systems, with a multi-chamber rectangular casing. It comprises a separate exchanger core (9) formed by the continuous folding of a single sheet, typically of aluminium, so as to constitute a series of individual adjacent passages (11) separated by lengthwise and central partitions. These ensure sealing and an increase of the air flow without noticeable losses. A device is provided for discharge of condensation water. The core can comprise a series of circulation cells, formed by central divisions at the intervals between folds.
