Abstract
Séchoir de produit fluant, comprenant des zones de réchauffage, de séchage et de refroidissement, dont les deux dernières sont balayées à l'air, l'air réchauffé s'enrichissant en humidité dans les couches du produit, tandis que l'air froid provoque l'abaissement de la température de ce dernier. L'air nécessaire à la totalité du séchage du produit suit un circuit fermé dans lequel est disposée la zone de séchage 4 et une pompe à chaleur de réchauffage de l'air destiné au séchage consiste en un circuit réfrigérant dont le condenseur 17 est destiné au réchauffage de l'air et l'évaporateur 19, à la récupération de la chaleur de l'air sortant de la zone de séchage. Application en particulier au séchage des grains, des graines oléagineuses et des agglomérés de fourrage.
