Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé d'extraction de micro-organismes, caractérisé en ce qu'on traite des microorganismes par une solution aqueuse 4 à 8 molaire d'un sel de guanidine, on les débarrasse ensuite de ce sel et on les récupère et à l'agent obtenu par ce procédé. Cet agent est notamment utilisable pour détecter le fibrinogène et/ou des produits de fission de la fibrine et des antigènes.
