Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour la préparation d'une boisson chaude battue constituée par une solution d'une substance en poudre dans un liquide. Il comprend, en combinaison : un batteur 9 pouvant être mis en rotation à l'intérieur d'une chambre de traitement 8 dont les parois peuvent être chauffées, un premier doseur 1 et un deuxième doseur 4 conçus pour amener respectivement à la chambre 8 une dose de liquide et une dose de substance en poudre, ainsi que des moyens moteurs et de commande 10 conçus pour commander dans l'ordre correct de fonctionnement le batteur, les moyens de chauffage et les doseurs, la boisson sortant par gravité par un trou du fond de la chambre 8. Application à la préparation de boissons chaudes instantanées.
