Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés encé-phaliniques à la méthionine. Les demandeurs ont trouvé de façon inopinée que lorsque l'on substitue l'encéphaline à la méthionine en position 2 avec un acide aminé de la série D, on obtient des agents analgésiques puissants. Outre leur activité analgésique, les composés ont une excellente activité anti-dépressive. Les composés de cette invention peuvent être administrés par voie orale, parentérale, nasale, vaginale, rectale ou sublinguale.
