Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'analyse d'échantillons par mesure du flux de chaleur libéré lors de la mise en contact de chacun des échantillons avec un réactif. Ce dispositif se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il comporte notamment un système de distribution d'échantillons prééquilibrés permettant l'analyse à cadence élevée d'échantillons de très faible volume, un détecteur de flux de chaleur de faible inertie thermique dont le retour à l'équilibre est rapide et des moyens qui, destinés à assurer l'écoulement du flux de chaleur, permettent une mise en équilibre thermique rapide de chacun des échantillons et du volume de réactif à mettre en contact avec ce dernier en limitant les fluctuations thermiques à leur voisinage. Application au dosage enzymatique d'un substrat contenu dans des échantillons de sérum sanguin.
