Abstract

The electric liquidiser consists of a rotating knife pivot mounted on a rod (31) inserted in a hole (30) in the bottom (13) of the container. The ends of the hole (30) are enlarged and house flexible rings (34,35) on each side of the projection (36). One end of the rod has a washer (39) resting against the annular joint next to it, and an annular collar (32) on the rod resting against the other annular joint. The rotating knife has two blades, a counter weight positioned opposite each of blade. The counter weights are supported by the hub of the rotary knife. The blades are fixed to the hub by two rivets on each side of the axle, with the heads of the rivets facing in opposite directions and constituting the counterpoises.
