Abstract

Naphtho 2,1-d isothiazole of formula (I) is new: (I) is a menatocide useful against root gall and and cyst-forming nematodes and nematodes on the stems and leaves of plants. It is practically non-toxic to plants and is applied in usual formulations with liquid or solid carriers.
