Abstract

The anti-tank mine comprises a casing, a pressure plate, a fuse system an arming device, and an explosive charge. The fuse system incorporates one or more strikers (58) working with a primer (60) both in the storage and the armed positions. The strikers can be mounted on a bush with taper blades elastic in the radial direction, while the primers are on a complementary taper end of a cylindrical boss. The bush fits over the boss, bringing the strikers against the primers under the action of the blades. The bush and boss can be movable from a lower storage position to an upper armed one, the bush coming into contact with the pressure plate (14) in the latter position. In either position they are in contact with each other permanently via a pad of very compressible material.
