Abstract
The building (2) has outside walls (1) and a pitched roof. The side of the roof exposed to the sun has an inner skin (51) thermally insulated from the inside of the building and absorbant to solar radiation with an inner skin (52) leaving a space (50) between them. This space communicates at the top with a flue (55) from the ceiling of the building and at the bottom it has openings (58, 59) at high and low level in the internal walls. The side of the roof away from the sun has a similar double skin (62, 61) construction with an inner skin which emits long wave radiation.
