Abstract

A linkage, partic. one between the ejector plate and operating pin of the injection mould, has a cylindrical part on its shaft with two opposite grooves on its circumference at an acute angle to the axis, each holding a roller which is loaded by at least one spring towards the base of the groove. The ends of the rollers project beyond the surface of the shaft and each roller engages with a sleeve opposing the spring and located around the shaft an with the end of a linkage at the operating pin, the latter engages the shaft this end is recessed for the rollers to lock in. A distance piece restrains roller movements sideways, it moves axially on the shaft and is locked to prevent its rotation on the shaft. The system is reliable and prevents jamming of the rollers.
