Abstract

Procédé de préparation de catalyseurs au phosphore-vanadium-oxygène et nouveaux produits ainsi obtenus. Dans les modes opératoires classiques pour la préparation de catalyseurs au phosphore-vanadium-oxygène, avec ou sans élément activeur ou support, les composés de phosphore et les composés de vanadium sont mélangés dans des conditions pour former des précurseurs qui sont alors chauffés jusqu'à environ 600 degrés C pour former des catalyseurs convenables pour la transformation d'hydrocarbures saturés en anhydride maléique; dans la présente invention; on forme une nouvelle composition au phosphore-vanadium-oxygène qui est transformée en précurseur. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir des catalyseurs qui, quand on les emploie pour la transformation d'hydrocarbures saturés en anhydride maléique, fournissent des rendements supérieurs en anhydride maléique.Process for the preparation of phosphorus-vanadium-oxygen catalysts and new products thus obtained. The present invention is particularly useful for providing catalysts which, when employed for the conversion of saturated hydrocarbons to maleic anhydride, provide higher yields of maleic anhydride.
