Abstract

Dispositif d'irradiation à haut rendement comportant un tube d'émission de rayons X avec anode fenêtre Dispositif comportant un tube d'émission de rayons X muni d'une cathode sous haute tension face à une anode constituée par une pellicule métallique appliquée sur la face interne d'une fenêtre mince transparente aux rayons X et un échantillon limité par une surface d'irradiation face à ladite fenêtre, tels que la face interne de la fenêtre et la surface d'irradiation de l'échantillon ont chacune une forme de calotte continue limitée par une courbe fermée située dans le plan d'attache de la fenêtre. Un tel dispositif assure une irradiation quasi-monochromatique avec un haut rendement énergétique.
