Abstract

The centrifugal type spray head unit has a sealed motor casing, moulded in two parts from plastic. This protects the motor from ingress of corrosive liquid. The motor shaft outlet (10a) for the rotating disc (14) also has a flinger seal (21) for the same purpose. The casing has one part (3) forming a bracket (2) for positioning the unit on its support (1). It also holds the liq. reservoir (4) and the base (17, 18) of the drive motor. The front part (8) of the casing fits on by moulded-in clips and contains the liq. duct (9) and interchangeable spray jet (11) leading into an annular chamber (22) around the disc.
