Abstract

The heating unit is incorporated in a frame which is placed on the inside face of a bare wall. This frame comprises a sill, verticals and a lintel. One of the verticals forms part of a secondary frame, the front of which is louvred to allow the passage of air. Behind the louvres are situated heating elements coupled to a bipole switch. The circuit also contains a thermostat which can be adjusted by the user. There is also an overload switch to prevent overheating. The vertical contains a slot to admit air from the exterior.
