Abstract
Derivs. of the formula A-CH2CH2-B (I) (where A is a residue of formula (II), (III), (IV) or (V) and B is a residue of formula (VI) or (VII), in which R is hal, H, CF3 or N, N-dimethylsulphamoyl; Z and Z' are H, hal. or CH3; R1 is H or lower alkyl; Ar is phenyl or halophenyl; and the broken lines indicate opt. double bonds) and their salts with acids are long-acting neuroleptic agents. In one of a number of claimed processes, (I) are prepd. by reacting cpds. of the formula A-CH2CH2-X (where X is a reactive ester residue) with a cpd. of the formula HB.
