Abstract

The trimmer is intended to be fitted to a motor cultivator and comprises a frame which straddles two vine rows, and is supported at each end by a wheel, and in the centre by the motor cultivator driving wheels (4). The frame consists of two side and one central square section pillar. The supporting wheels slide in sleeves (7), giving height adjustment, and cross member (9) joining the two side pillars in also telescopic giving lateral adjustment for different row widths. The central pillar is also telescopic. The cross member bears two horizontal telescopic arms supporting vertical shafts (14) of cutters (15). The straddling frame is connected at the rear to a frame supported by a wheel bearing the operator's seat.
