Abstract

The pipework on which are connected the aerothermal chambers (1) and the fusible capsules (2) is connected directly to the fixed face of an arenoid manometer membrane (6) and indirectly to the fixed face of a second membrane (9) identical to the first. The interconnection to this second membrane is by a pipe (3) having a calibrated diaphragm (7) and by a chamber (8) enclosing air maintained at a constant determined pressure. This chamber (8) has a volume which is several times larger than that of the network comprising the pipework and aerothermal chambers. The two membranes are coaxial and their movable fuses are connected by a mechanical element (13) whose longitudinal movement on the common axis of the two membranes translate by their speed of movement and the amplitude of this movement, the existence of a sudden temperature variation with time.
