Abstract

The device has two detectors which are worked by the point tongues and which control the reversal of the tongue. These detectors are of the mechanical constraint type and are placed between the operating rod of the point and the double effect type hydraulic ram. Internally the detector can work in an electrical circuit controlling the selective admission of fluid to the two ram chambers. The constraint is given by a deformable type dished washers (56) placed in separate senses. The washers are connected by a tie (57) to the contacts. A piston (55) in a cylinder (52) acts on the washers.
