Abstract

A moving overhead cable (7) is guided by a guiding device (2) in association with at least one guiding pulley. The guiding device is essentially cylindrical and nearly surrounds the cable and supports the cabin or bin on a twinned support which is inclined to the cable. The entries to the guiding device are also inclined (8, 8a) relative to the line of the cable and the top (14) (14a) is similarly inclined at each end. The support is fixed to the guiding device by screws (5) and wedges. Various parts are chamfered.
