Abstract

Immuno-stimulant compsns. are new comprising one or more mineral thiols, normally absent in living beings, containing 16-40% sulphur in the molecule which is either cyclized or is cyclizable. The compsns. are of low toxicity, do not produce local granulomas and establish a normal immunological reactivity in patients whose immune response has been lessened. Useful in treatment of cancer, burns, etc.
