Abstract

The watch has a metal watch face (1) marked with the dial numerals on its front face and with a peripheral lip (2) supporting the watch glass (3). The rear face of the watch face has a central hollow projection (4), for locating the watch movement, which is closed by a cooperating watch back (6). The links (5) for attachment of the watch bracelet also project from the rear of the watch face (1) and may be formed integrally with the latter, or be soldered to it. The rear of the watch face (1) may alternatively have a central hollow in which an annular element defining the housing for the watch movement is inserted.
