Compsn. contains a bitumen powder having a good hardness and a high asphaltene content pref. >=50%, more pref. 60-70%, a mineral oil, and water. Useful for coatings, sealants, and adhesives, being more fluid and having a larger time during which it may be applied than prior art composns.
