Abstract
Cpds. are of formula where R = alkyl: R1,R2=H, alkyl; n = 0, 1 or 2; if n is 0, A is -CO.X where X is oxyalkyl (alkyl different from R), oxyaryl, oxyaralkyl, oxyalkaryl, all optionally substd. by halogen; if n is 1, A is the group -CO.X1 where X1 is alkyl optionally substd. by halogen, or a ureido group optionally substd. by one or two alkyl, phenyl or halophenyl groups; if n is 2, A is NH2 optionally substd. by one or two alkyl groups. S-(2-diethylaminoethyl) O-isopropyl thiocarbonate is activite against mildews, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium roseum, Monilia fructigena Alternaria dauci and against fungi which attack textiles and wood. It is also insecticidal.
