Abstract
This invention relates to a mat film for drafting, which is suitable for ink-writing and pencil-writing. A mat layer consists of (1) a condensed polyester resin obtd. by condensing terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid with glycols (2) a water-soluble substance (e.g. starch, casein, methyl cellulose) in a wt. ratio of 1-1/20 to the resin of (1), (3) a matting agent (e.g. silica, clay, calcium carbonate and (4) a swelling agent of polyester film (e.g. phenol, resorcin, o-chlorophenol) on a face or both faces of a biaxially drawn crystallised PET film.
