Abstract

Menetelmässä aihioiden (01) syöttämiseksi pakkauksenmuodostusyksikössä aihio siirretään käärintätuurnalle (2), joka on kiinnitetty liikkuvaan rakenteeseen, joka siirtää käärintätuurnaa (2) pakkauksenmuodostusyksikön eri käsittelyasemien välillä. Aihiot (01) tuodaan jatkuvana aihiorainana (L) käärintäasemaan käärintätuurnan (2) kohdalle, jossa ne irrotetaan aihionauhan päästä ja siirretään käärintätuurnalle (2). Aihiorainaa (L) syötetään syöttösuunnassa ennen irrotuskohtaa sijaitsevalla kuljettimella askelittain aihion pituutta vastaavat matkat, ja kunkin syöttöliikkeen jälkeen aihio (01) irrotetaan aihiorainan (L) päästä.
